- Connects patients with independent, licensed US healthcare providers for online consultations
- Facilitates the submission of health questionnaires and medical assessments
- Transmits provider-approved prescriptions to licensed US pharmacy partners
- Coordinates prescription medication delivery to patients
- Provides health information and educational content
Important: Weight Loss Solutions is not a licensed medical provider, pharmacy, or health insurance company. We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between patients and independent licensed healthcare professionals.

The content provided through Weight Loss Solutions is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It should not replace professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.

Independent Provider Decisions
All prescribing decisions are made independently by licensed US healthcare providers. Weight Loss Solutions does not influence or control these decisions.
No Guaranteed Prescriptions
Submitting a health questionnaire does not guarantee you will receive a prescription. Providers may decline to prescribe based on their clinical judgment.
Accurate Medical Information
You must provide complete and accurate medical history. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
FDA Compliance
All prescriptions are issued and dispensed in compliance with applicable FDA regulations and US state pharmacy laws.
Medication Risks
All medications carry potential risks and side effects. Your provider will discuss these with you, but you accept responsibility for understanding treatment risks.
6. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

- Keep your password secure and not share it with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Use only one account per person
- Not create accounts on behalf of others without authorization

Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are charged at the time of submission. Fees are displayed clearly before payment is processed.
Medication Costs
Prescription medication costs are separate from consultation fees and vary by treatment and quantity.
Refund Policy
If a prescription is not approved, a full consultation fee refund is provided. Completed consultations are non-refundable.
Subscription Plans
Monthly treatment plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WEIGHT LOSS SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Weight Loss Solutions and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, provision of inaccurate information, or violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure does not entitle you to refunds for any paid services, and we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to mandatory binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, either party may seek emergency or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
