Weight Loss Solutions is a US-based telehealth platform. You choose a treatment area, complete a brief online health questionnaire, and a licensed US healthcare provider reviews your case. If suitable, they approve a personalized treatment plan and a licensed US pharmacy dispenses your prescription — delivered discreetly to your door.

We currently provide telehealth services in 48 US states. We are continuously expanding coverage. Enter your zip code during registration to confirm availability in your area.

No referral is needed. Our licensed healthcare providers conduct their own assessment through your online questionnaire. However, you should share any relevant existing medical records or prescriptions during your consultation for the most accurate evaluation.

The online questionnaire takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. Our healthcare providers typically review submissions within 24–48 hours. Urgent consultations can often be reviewed the same day.

Yes, but it's important to disclose all existing medical conditions and medications in your questionnaire. Our providers will assess suitability based on your full medical history. Some conditions may affect which treatments are appropriate for you.

Weight Loss Treatments

We offer a comprehensive range of FDA-approved weight loss treatments including GLP-1 receptor agonists (Semaglutide/Wegovy®, Tirzepatide/Mounjaro®), oral medications such as Orlistat (Xenical®), and personalized weight management programs combining medication with lifestyle coaching.

Semaglutide is FDA-approved for chronic weight management in adults with obesity (BMI ≥30) or overweight (BMI ≥27) with at least one weight-related condition. It is not suitable for everyone. Our licensed providers assess your full medical history before prescribing. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

Results vary by individual, treatment, and lifestyle factors. Clinical trials for Semaglutide showed average weight loss of 15–17% of body weight over 68 weeks. Tirzepatide showed up to 22.5% in trials. Our providers will give you realistic expectations based on your specific situation.

Weight loss medications are most effective when combined with healthy lifestyle changes including diet and exercise. Some patients maintain results after stopping medication; others may need ongoing treatment. Your provider will work with you on a long-term plan.

Both are injectable weight loss medications. Semaglutide (Wegovy®) acts on GLP-1 receptors only, while Tirzepatide (Mounjaro®) acts on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors — making it a dual agonist. Clinical trials suggest Tirzepatide may produce greater weight loss, but both are highly effective. Your provider will recommend the most appropriate option for you.

Prescriptions & Medications

No. Weight Loss Solutions is a telehealth platform, not a pharmacy. We connect you with licensed US healthcare providers who independently assess your case. If a prescription is appropriate, it is issued by your provider and dispensed by a licensed, regulated US pharmacy partner.

After your prescription is approved by a provider, your medication is typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options (1–2 days) are available for an additional fee.

Yes. We offer ongoing prescription management. You can request prescription renewals through your patient portal. Your provider may require a follow-up questionnaire or check-in before renewing, depending on the medication and duration of treatment.

If our provider determines a treatment is not suitable for you, you will receive a detailed explanation and, where appropriate, alternative recommendations. You will receive a full refund of the consultation fee in such cases.

You can share existing prescriptions during your consultation for reference. However, our licensed providers must independently assess your case and issue their own prescription. We cannot simply transfer prescriptions from other providers.

Billing & Insurance

Coverage varies by insurance plan. Many major US insurance plans now cover telehealth consultations. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm coverage. We provide itemized receipts for insurance submission purposes.

Consultation fees vary by treatment area, starting from $49. Weight loss consultations start from $79. The consultation fee is separate from any prescription medication costs. All fees are clearly shown before you confirm your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and HSA/FSA cards. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

If your consultation is not approved, you receive a full refund. For approved consultations, refunds on completed services are not available. If you receive the wrong medication or there is a dispensing error, contact us immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Yes, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are accepted for eligible medical expenses, including telehealth consultations and prescription medications.

Absolutely. We are fully HIPAA-compliant and use military-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all patient data. Your medical information is never sold to third parties. Only your assigned healthcare provider and relevant pharmacy staff can access your medical records.

HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a federal US law that establishes national standards for protecting sensitive patient health information. As a HIPAA-compliant platform, we are legally required to safeguard your medical data and can only share it with your explicit consent.

Your health questionnaire is only accessible to the licensed healthcare provider assigned to your case and, if a prescription is issued, the licensed pharmacy that fulfills it. Our administrative staff do not have access to clinical records.

Yes. Under applicable US privacy laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Submit a data deletion request through your patient portal or contact our privacy team at privacy@weightlosssolutions.com.

Delivery & Packaging

Yes. All medications are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside. The return address uses a neutral business name. Your privacy is our priority.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your delivery in real-time through your patient portal or the courier's website.

If your medication arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a free replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Standard delivery (3–5 business days) is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 incur a flat $5.99 shipping fee. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available for $14.99.
